Whether you're thinking about going for your CPCU or are already in progress, you may feel that the amount of material to remember for each exam seems frightening.  But fear not!  There are many tools available and methods you can use to succeed at each exam.  Probalby the most important tips to remember are to dedicate times to your studies, find a place where you can concentrate (coffee shop, your car, on your lunch break, wherever works for you!), and find a study style that fits YOU best (solo, study groups, online classes, etc.).  It's not easy, but it is within your reach if you focus and want it.

But sometimes you need more than just a coffee shop to get you to the finish line.  The following is just a short list of some resources available to you, though certainly not all.  Feel free to add more resources in the comments section below.

  • The Institutes SMART Study Aids – review notes, flash cards, QuizMe mobile apps, and online practice exams

  • Big Daddy University

  • See if you waive any courses – review the Equivalency Chart and check your Progress Tracker in you Institutes account.

And lastly, ask another CPCU for help if you need it.  Members of the Middle Georgia CPCU Society are here to help others gain their certification and grow in the industry.

Good Luck!
