February’s meeting was held on February 18, 2016 at The Brickyard. Jon Morgan, SIU and Subrogation Manager for GFB, was our guest speaker.
35 people were in attendance. Guests included 11 members of the SIU Department of Geico and Valerie Raven, GFB Personal Lines Staff Underwriter and recent CPCU completer.
Lisa Singleton, GFB Personal Lines Staff Underwriter and our newest chapter member, was also in attendance.

We have the option of attending an Excel luncheon/workshop for April’s meeting. More details to come on that.

Chris Orrison spoke about making the most of our meeting and encouraged us to try to look at our time together at the monthly meetings as a time to recharge, rather than just one more commitment that we are obligated to.
Speaker
Our speaker for the month was Jon Morgan, Manager of Subrogation and SIU at Georgia Farm Bureau. Jon gave a very interesting presentation on insurance fraud rings.
